What is the budget of PIA



Karachi: The annual budget of the national airline PIA for the current year 2023 has been approved.


According to the spokesman, the budget of PIA for this year has been set at 260 billion rupees, compared to last year, the budget

of PIA has been increased by 30%.


The spokesperson says that the budget was approved in the PIA Board of Directors meeting.


It should be noted that a 10% increase in the salaries of all officers and employees of PIA was approved. The salary increase was 

approved in the board meeting after the announcement of the federation.


After the 10% increase in salaries, the pension of the retired employees is also likely to increase.
