How eating biscuits Effects on human health


At first it was said about junk food that it causes human weight

gain, but new research shows that biscuits can also cause weight gain.



According to foreign media, this new research in the United States has found that biscuits,

cakes, burgers and sausage rolls are digested late, due to which they cause human weight gain.


In this study conducted at Penn State University in the US state of Pennsylvania, experiments

and properties of the stomach, while the continuous consumption of fatty and sweet foods 

disrupts this system. Body weight increases.


The research by the scientists opens the way to anti-obesity drugs that target neurons.






After 10 to 14 consecutive days of high-fat or high-calorie diet, the astrocytes stop 

responding to it, affecting the digestive system and causing delayed digestion.


Biscuits have high amount of carbs in it due to their ingredients . The Carbohydrates content

may different in varieties . Carbohydrates  is the primary energy source of our body . It 

fueling your brain , kidney , heart and central nervous system . Carbohydrates promotes the 

digestion and balance the cholesterol level in body . Low-carb biscuit can help you to stay 

fit and not to gain weight . Refined flour is used to make biscuit and this is very unhealthy 

for the body to remain same in the shape . Palm oil is used in many biscuits which is also 

dangerous for our heart because its become the reason of cardiovascular disease .
