3)Good Diet :

                     Includes lots of fruits , vegetables , dry fruits , eggs ,meat and dairy items like milk , butter .Which is good for your better health .










4)Avoid Junk Food :

                                Stay away from street food and specially from junk like cold drinks , pizza , burgers , spaghetti , momo . Use the less fat thing like some food which is oil free .
