                         Cycling is a good way to reduce weight and or excessive fat from your body . It raises your metabolic rate gradually and helps you to builds muscle and burns body fat .



2)Improvement :

                           Regular cycling is helpful to improves your heart , lungs and circulation reducing your rate of cardiovascular diseases . Mental health condition such as stress, depression and anxiety can be reduce by cycling .



3)Disease :

                    I don't why people develop this condition . The rate of type 2 diabetes increasing day by day , lack of physical activities is thought to be a major reason . According to survey people who cycled for more than 30 minute per day had a 40 percent lower risk of developing diabetes.



4)Things to remember :

                                      Cycling can protect you from serious disease such as stroke , heart attack , cancer , diabetes obesity and arthritis .Riding a bicycle is healthy and fun .Cycling is easy to fit into your daily routine .
