 How can we get better sleep in winter ?

                                            


Addition to darker and shorter days  , the stress and disrupted schedule of the holiday season can contribute to poor sleep in winter .


Follow these tips :


a)Set a Bedtime :

                            That allows enough sleep , which determines a customized bedtime based on age and wake time needed . The adults should sleep 7 or more hour per night .



b)Avoid such activities : 

                                        Like bingin on entertainment before going to bed , especially those involving in screens or eletronics , such as mobiles , TV , Laptop  . To much exposure to light at  night can disrupt the timing of sleep cycle .



c)Comfortable :

                            Make your environment quite where you sleep on daily bases , and little bit cool , it should remind you of a cave .Note that if your  bedroom is feels like noise free which looks more comfortable .
